ضمان توفير السيولة المستمرة في السوق من خلال تقديم عروض شراء وبيع دائمة للأوراق المالية المحددة، بهدف تقليل الفجوة بين أسعار العرض والطلب، وتعزيز كفاءة السوق، وزيادة جاذبيته للمستثمرين.
– تقديم عروض شراء وبيع مستمرة للأوراق المالية المحددة ضمن نطاقات سعرية محددة.
– ضمان تنفيذ الصفقات بسلاسة وتقليل تقلبات الأسعار.
– الالتزام بجميع القوانين واللوائح الصادرة عن هيئة قطر للأسواق المالية (QFMA) وبورصة قطر (QSE).
– توقيع اتفاقية صانع السوق مع البورصة وفقًا للنموذج المعتمد من الهيئة.
– مراقبة وتحليل المخاطر المرتبطة بتقلبات السوق والاحتفاظ بالمراكز المالية.
– تطبيق استراتيجيات التحوط المناسبة للحد من المخاطر المحتملة.
4.التعاون مع الجهات المعنية:
– التنسيق مع مزودي السيولة الآخرين والوسطاء لضمان تحقيق أهداف السيولة.
– التواصل مع الإدارات الداخلية مثل إدارة المخاطر والامتثال لضمان التوافق مع السياسات الداخلية.
– رصد وتحليل بيانات السوق لتحديد الاتجاهات والفرص المحتملة.
– تقديم تقارير دورية للإدارة حول أداء السوق وتوصيات لتحسين استراتيجيات التداول.
– درجة البكالوريوس في المالية، الاقتصاد، أو مجال ذي صلة.
– خبرة لا تقل عن 3 سنوات في مجال التداول أو صناعة السوق.
– معرفة عميقة بآليات السوق المالية القطرية والأنظمة التنظيمية ذات الصلة.
– مهارات تحليلية قوية وقدرة على اتخاذ قرارات سريعة ودقيقة.
– إجادة استخدام أنظمة التداول الإلكترونية والأدوات التحليلية.
– إجادة اللغتين العربية والإنجليزية.
– القدرة على العمل تحت الضغط واتخاذ قرارات سريعة.
– مهارات تواصل فعّالة للتفاعل مع مختلف الأطراف المعنية.

Job Title: Market Maker
Department: Trading / Liquidity Management
Reports to: Head of Trading / Executive Director
Location: Doha, Qatar
Job Objective
To provide continuous liquidity in designated securities by placing regular bid and ask quotes, aiming to narrow the bidask spread, enhance market efficiency, and increase investor confidence, in full compliance with QFMA and QSE regulations
Key Responsibilities
1Liquidity Provision
Maintain twosided quotes (bid and ask) within the prescribed spread for designated securities
Facilitate smooth trading and reduce excessive price volatility
2 Regulatory Compliance
Ensure full compliance with all rules and regulations issued by the Qatar Financial Markets Authority (QFMA) and the Qatar Stock Exchange (QSE)
Sign a formal Market Maker Agreement with QSE as per the approved QFMA format
3 Risk Management
Monitor and manage risks associated with market fluctuations and open positions
Implement hedging strategies to mitigate potential exposure
4Stakeholder Coordination
Coordinate with liquidity providers, brokers, and internal departments (compliance, risk) to align marketmaking operations
Ensure clear communication and operational transparency
5Market Analysis & Reporting
Analyze trading data and market trends to identify opportunities for improving liquidity
Prepare periodic performance and compliance reports for management
Qualifications & Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or related field
Minimum of 3 years’ experience in trading or marketmaking roles
Strong understanding of market microstructure and regulatory environment in Qatar
Proficiency in using electronic trading platforms and analytical tools
Fluency in both Arabic and English
