HR Manager

Qatar Securities Company is seeking to hire an HR manager with the following requirements:

Responsibilities

  • Manage all HR operations in the HR Operations department.
  • Ensure efficient utilization and continuous improvement of HR systems, especially Workday.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless HR service delivery.
  • Build HR Framework within the company and develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the business.
  • Manage and guide the recruiting process from start to finish.
  • Maintain accurate HR records and data, generate reports, and analyze HR metrics.

The Successful Applicant

  • A degree (or equivalent) in Human Resources Management or a related field.
  • Previous experience in a similar HR operations or Shared Services role within the Financial Services industry( at least 3 years).
  • A strong understanding of HR laws and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
