Call Center Agent

Qatar Securities Company is seeking to hire a Call Center Agent.

Responsibilities

  • Receive customers’ calls to place buy/sale orders as requested.
  • Respond to all customer inquiries relating to the executed transactions, and inform them about their statements of account, commissions and portfolios.
  • Receive customer’ calls to modify/ withdraw sell/purchase orders as requested.
  • Take customer calls and provide accurate, satisfactory answers to their queries.

The Successful Applicant

  • Experienced Customer Service Representative with good experience working in the Qatari Capital Market (3 years).
  • Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening.
  • Strong time management.
